Error Noticed:
In the very first 'dialog which is 'User Account Control ' ,the publisher name
is not present. This dialog asking for installation confirmation from a
'Unknown Publisher'
Publisher 'Apache' need to be mentioned as a publisher name

Apache_OpenOffice-SDK_4.1.0_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe_1559545.exe
