    Description: 
An overload of CmgDisasterRecoveryManager#resetCluster() needs to be extended to also accept (apart from newCmgConsistentIds) the following:
 * List<String> metastorageNodesConsistentIds
 * int metastorageReplicationFactor

It adds the MG nodes and replication factor to the created ClusterResetMessage (see IGNITE-22876), also it adds the following to this message:
 * conductor=<consistentId of the current node>
 * nodes=<list of nodes to which the message gets sent>
