soap + tomcat + rh7

Hi,

After running thru the installation doc, I can successfully run console
clients
to some of Xmethods services, the ApacheSoap (IBM) admin works properly.
When i try to access a simple service on my server, I keep getting the
following
response:

Is this a common config mistake I'm doing?

Here is the enviroment:
Java version "1.2.2" - Classic VM (build Linux_JDK_RC3, native threads,
sunwjit)
Tomcat Version 3.2.1
Apache Soap 2.1
RedHat7.0
