What/where is the latest version of java Axis?

Hi all;

 

It looks like the latest C++ version of Axis is the 1.2 beta. But the latest
java version of Axis appears to be the 1.2 Alpha from Dec 1, 2003. Is that
correct? I am looking at ws.apache.org/axis.
