Compiling mod_dav_lock for win32

Does anyone know of a localtion where I can download a precompiled version
of mod_dav_lock?  Google turns up nothing... Or does anyone know how I can
compile it from the source .c file from Apache CVS?  I've never compiled
anything Apache on Win32.
