   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   This PR address the short coming that the `StandaloneJobClusterEntrypoint` cannot resume from a savepoint. It adds the respective CLI options to it which are used to initialize the `JobGraph` with the correct `SavepointRestoreSettings`.
   
   Additionally, this PR updates the documentation for docker compose and Kubernetes on how to start a containerized job cluster which resumes from a savepoint.
   
   This PR is based on #6561.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   - Added `SavepointRestoreSettings` to `StandaloneJobClusterEntrypoint`
   - Added savepoint options `--fromSavepoint` and `--allowNonRestoredState` to `StandaloneJobClusterEntrypoint`
   - Improved CLI help
   - Updated Docker template to allow specifying savepoint options
   - Updated Kubernetes documentation on how to resume from a savepoint

   - Added `StandaloneJobClusterConfigurationParserFactoryTest#testSavepointRestoreSettingsParsing` and `StandaloneJobClusterEntryPointTest#testSavepointRestoreSettings`
