HOD not allocating the cluster

I am setting up a cluster using Hadoop.

When i run the command

./hod -b4 allocate -c /opt/hadoop/contrib/hod/conf/hodrc -d
/tmp/hadoop-hadoop -n 4

i am getting the following issue shown.  Can any one help me in this regard
