minimum distribution does not start properly

The minimal does not start any feature ( ie management ) when there is
no network to start with.

Is it a bug?

Hi Dan,

I opened a issue for that.

Re: minimum distribution does not start properly

Some more info here:

- With remote repos setup, features:list works

- with no remote repos setup, features:list is empty

With TRACE on, I can see Karaf always look for
[mvn:org.apache.karaf.assemblies.features/standard/2.2.1/xml/features]
from remote repo at startup

So I manually populate the missing file under system maven repo. and it works

No network means it can't download a required bundle or there's no interface available to bind the jmx connector to?
