[NOTICE] Paul McNamee for Apache Joshua (Incubating) PPMC + Committership

Hello,

The Apache Joshua (Incubating) PPMC has voted to extend Paul McNamee (mcnamee@jhu.edu) a PPMC and Committership invitation, based on his contributions, including assembling a large number of language packs. We will extend the invitation three business days from now, assuming we hear no objections.
