[I] [MINSTALL-12] Parameters should not be read-only [maven-install-plugin]

   When running the following plugin (as a workaround due to a bug in maven):
   
       <plugin>
           <artifactId>maven-install-plugin</artifactId>
           <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
           <executions>
               <execution>
                   <phase>validate</phase>
                   <configuration>
                       <file>${basedir}/repo/opensymphony/webwork/2.2.1-SNAPSHOT/webwork-2.2.1-SNAPSHOT.jar</file>
                       <groupId>opensymphony</groupId>
                       <artifactId>webwork</artifactId>
                       <version>2.2.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
                   </configuration>
                   <goals>
                       <goal>install-file</goal>
                   </goals>
               </execution>
           </executions>
       </plugin>
   
   I get this error:
   
   "Error configuration: org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin. Reason: ERROR: Cannot override read-only parameter: artifactId in goal: install:install-file"
