This is a bug that was introduced by the patch applied for AMBARI-6709.

When more than one database exists in Hive, the code that checks and adjusts the FS URLs for Hive tables always fails the check, and consequently attempts to use the metatool command to "fix" the "problem"

Unfortunately, when there are multiple databases, performing this action corrupts the megastore because it causes *all* database paths to be changed to the default DBs path.
