Dual Submission

Hi,
	I have an action which takes a Busness Facade and intern facade takes to a DAO to create a record. and once it is successfull succss page is redirected to the User. In the Sucess page if the user tries to refresh the page then our action triggers twice or n times and creates n records..
	How to slove this.
