[monitor]the file count of datanode become negative when load tsfile

reproduction:
1. start 3C3D cluster
2. run command:
{code}
./load-tsfile.sh -h iotdb-46 -u root -pw root -f /data2/IOTDB-5262/datanode/data/sequence --verify false --onSuccess none
{code}

expect:
the file count and file size should always be positive
