Tomcat log encoding in IDE

Hi all.

I'm using the following tool stack.

  	* NetBeans 12.3.
  	* Tomcat 8.5.65.
  	* JDK 1.8.281.
  	* Windows 10 Pro 20H2.

I'm having problems with NetBeans log viewing. The print below is from 
log file on Notepad++.

The print below is from NetBeans log viewer output. Please, note the 
word "Informações"(pt_BR).

I tried change tomcat's file encoding configuration, no success.

Anyone can help me?
