I wonder if we could implement a CI/CD framework for apache kylin to improve test coverage of Kylin important features. We need at least:
 * Automatic build/package env to make package easier.
 * Automatic deployment env for Hadoop & Kylin deployment.
 * Testing framework based on Rest API/CLI/JDBC.
