The download page currently has the following link to KEYS:

The KEYS file can be found <a class='doclink' href='https://www.apache.org/dist/juneau/KEYS'>here</a>.

However it is expected that the link text will be 'KEYS', not 'here'.

Note that using 'here' for link text is deprecated, as it provides no information on what the link means. Link text should relate to what will be found at the link. Please fix the other 'here' link too.
