[TinkerPop3] OptOut of an entire Test Case

Just a quick note to vendors working with the test suite....you've been
able to @OptOut of individual tests which is helpful when you support a
particular feature, but there are perhaps intricacies of a particular test
which are a problem.  The problem is that if an entire suite was somehow at
issue, you were going to be in for a lot of typing because each @OptOut
represented a single test method in a suite.

As of today, you can @OptOut of an entire test case (i.e. all the methods)
by specifying an asterisk to the "method" parameter of the annotation.
Hopefully, that will save some typing for folks.
