Is there a way I can help with this effort? My company uses the Apache.NMS.ActiveMQ package substantially and we're moving to .net core 2.2. I'd love to assist in getting the project migrated to .Net Standard (I think this would be the most appropriate platform for a library like ActiveMQ) so we can develop on the latest .net platform.

I've spent a few hours looking through the activemq.apache.com website and still don't understand where I'd get the source from, make a pull request to, etc. Is this hosted on Github or on a private SVN repository? Apologies for my ignorance, I just don't contribute to OSS projects...
