ZookeeperDiscoverySpi suites don't look very stable on TC these failures are flaky.

As ZooKeeper persists data to disk slow disks on TC agents may contribute to these flaky failures.

Zookeeper tests should configure internal ZooKeeper instances to use tmpfs available on some TC agents to avoid failures because of slow ZooKeeper cluster.
