Adding Azure Storage from Azure Cloud as one possible location for saving the Marvin Artifacts, besides Amazon S3 and HDFS
On engine.metadata use parameters "artifactManagerType": "AZ" to specify azure as the server for saving artifacts, it requires 2 new parameters:
"azConnectionString":"xxxxxxx" -> Credencial from Azure
"azContainerName": "yyyyyyyy" -> Name of the container for the Azure Blob Storage
