After reviewing the current RethinkDB Processor implementation and driver changes, there are enough issues that the current Processors should be deprecated for removal as described in [NIFI-11727](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-11727). RethinkDB Java driver 2.4.0 included breaking changes to the query API, which would require code changes to support. The current Processors are very inefficient in terms of memory usage and JSON parsing, so they should be deprecated for removal. If there is community interest in new versions, they could start with the latest RethinkDB Driver. Closing this PR in light of the many additional changes that would be required even for this apparently minor version upgrade.
