Minutes: JDO TCK Conference Call Friday, September 7, 9 am Pacific Time
Posted by Craig L Russell <cr...@oracle.com>.
Attendees: Michelle Caisse, Michael Bouschen, Craig Russell
Agenda:
1. New patch available on "Automate OSGi bundling in JDO 3.1+ build" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-694
Looks reasonable (haven't looked at it). AI everyone test the patch
(on trunk/api). Look at the generated META-INF/MANIFEST.MF. It should
look very similar to the API3.MF that is no longer needed. Also, the
api/src/main/resources/META-INF directory looks like it is no longer
needed.
2. News on patch JDO-707 https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/
JDO-707? Check for best practice.
no change.
3. Reorganize sources to conform with maven conventions https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-711
no change.
4. News on spec update?
Some changes to chapter 14 have been checked in. Thanks, Michael.
If you want to add index entries, be sure to tick the "ignore case"
box. Also consider the box "apply to all similar text". This might not
be what you want (e.g. index entry for "get"). For get it.
We need to look at adding assertions into the specification and tck
test cases.
