[ANN] Single publications are now "mountable" within build.properties

Hi

I have slightly modified the build task, such that you can also 
"mount/register" single publications within "build.properties", e.g.

pubs.root.dirs=src/webapp/lenya/pubs/oscom:src/webapp/pubs/unipublic

Of course you can still specify a (or more than one) directory, e.g.

pubs.root.dirs=src/webapp/lenya/pubs

One could further improve it such that the build process is looking
for directories with the file "publication.xml" in it, but I guess
that's not such a high priority.
