= Action plan to migrate the HttpClient project to Jakarta Http Components =

It was voted on the Jakarta PMC list to rename Jakarta HttpClient to Jakarta Http Components.
The new project charter is in SVN.

The following steps are to be performed:

 1. Create new web site with existing HttpClient being a part of it
 2. Create new mailing lists, migrate users
 3. Migrate Bugzilla
 4. Migrate SVN
 5. Migrate this Wiki
 6. Communicate change to users
    1. Redirect old site to new site
    2. Send email to announce, httpclient-dev etc.
    3. Publish news (preferably to Slashdot :-) )
