1.3.2 Upgrade

I am about to attempt the 1.3.2 Subversion update from 1.3 (Windows
environment) but it appears to have a completely different directory
structure than 1.3 folders.  Do I need to delete and replace all
folders, uninstall and reinstall or just add the new folders?   Sorry if
this has been asked before but I cannot find ANY information, links,
tips or how-to's on the subject.

Just download the Windows Installer that is available meanwhile.

Are you comparing 1.3.2 installer to 1.3.1 installer or 1.3.2 zip to
1.3.1 zip or what?  The directory structure should not have changed as
far as I know.
