wrong HTTP response code with negotiated ErrorDocuments

Summary: wrong HTTP response code with negotiated ErrorDocuments
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.39
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: mod_negotiation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: psychosos@gmx.at

If content negotiation is activated (mod_negotiation.so loaded, Options +Multiviews) and an
error document is set with the ErrorDocument directive the HTTP respone code is always 200 OK
instead of the appropriate one (Bad Request, Not Found...) The wrong response code is sent in the
HTTP respone and is also written to the access log.
