[jira] [Created] (ISIS-961) Throwing exception in application code does NOT abort the transaction (it should, of course).

Dan Haywood created ISIS-961:
--------------------------------

Summary: Throwing exception in application code does NOT abort the transaction (it should, of course).
                 Key: ISIS-961
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ISIS-961
             Project: Isis
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: core-1.7.0
            Reporter: Dan Haywood
            Assignee: Dan Haywood
             Fix For: core-1.8.0

Is an issue in 1.7.0, don't know if an issue earlier (but suspect it may well be).

Note that this "only" effects the domain code, so it won't affect all applications.

If an exception is thrown by the DBMS, then the transaction is still aborted.
