Summary: supporting options without a short option
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: CLI
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ittayd@qlusters.com

Sometimes an application has an option that only has a long form, e.g., look at
the 'find' utility. when trying to create an Option object with a short option
set to null, the validation fails. if creating with "", the validation passes,
but then exceptions look funny (only '-')
