   ### What would you like to be improved?
   
   Only archived apache released are hosted under `https://archive.apache.org/dist`, latest versions of Hadoop would be hosted under `https://dlcdn.apache.org/hadoop/core/`
   So if users want to build rss-server-image with the latest Hadoop. The archive may be not found.
   
   Another issues about this: it would be appreciated to use mirror urls to download hadoop archives especially for people in China.
