help!

When I run SOAP client with Apache API, it reports 
   Fault Cod = SOAP-ENV:Server
   Fault String = Exception which handling service request：
SysTimeSOAPServer.getCurrentSysTime(SysTimeInfo)--no signature match;

what's wrong?
