segmentaion fault

I am getting Segmentation Faults with both apache-1.3.26 and apache-1.3.27.
[notice] child pid 17469 exit signal Segmentation fault (11).
I have compiled apache myself with php-4.1.2

./configure --prefix=/usr/share/apache_1.3.27 
--enable-module=most 
--enable-shared=max 
--enable-module=log_agent 
--enable-module=auth_db 
--enable-module=mmap_static
