=SERIESSUM(0;0;1;1) returns error still VALUE error on version 4.1.5
=SERIESSUM(1;0;1;1) works fine
What am I doing wrong, this is a fixed issue?

Well, this formula returns same error with MS-Excel or any spreadsheet
software.
Maybe, you should read a math book to understand your error for the 1st
parameter?
