Please can i change the localhost for my apache Cordova to my xamp server
localhost IP?

Can you please elaborate your question  so that we may assist you on that.

What my understanding is you are doing a cordova project which is now on
your local machine ,that you want to shift to xamp server  which is a cloud
server ,right?
