Description: If {{ant test}} (or the future gradle equivalent) is run w/a JVM that has known SSL bugs, there should be an obvious {{BUILD FAILED}} because of this -- so the user knows they should upgrade their JVM (rather then relying on the user to notice that SSL tests were {{SKIP}} ed) (was:
