What is the importance of the "alias" when subscribing to a multi-tenant cartridge

Hi Devs,

$Subject.

When multiple tenants are subscribing to a multi-tenant cartridge, do they
need to provide a unique alias?

Hi Amila,

The alias is used as a globally unique identifier to track the
Subscription. Therefore, this should be given by the Subscriber in both
Single Tenant or Multi Tenant scenarios.
