Custom Runtime Image Creator plugin

I've been working on CRI Creator* and will try to publish it to our plugin
manager.
One question before I do though, are there any guide lines regarding where
to place menu items in the IDE?

I put this in the tools section, but it's more of a window than a dialog,
as all tools are.

Feel free to test it and let me know how it works outside my computer. :)
