[PR] fix: bookie http endpoint info always return 0.0.0.0 [bookkeeper]

   ### Motivation
   
   If you set `httpServerHost`, the bookie http info endpoint doesn't expose the host correctly but it always return 0.0.0.0 
   
   ### Changes
   
   Use `httpServerHost` configuration
