[jira] [Created] (QPID-7580) [Java Broker] Expose the type of
message (AMQP 0-9-1/0-10/1-0/Non-AMQP) through REST/Management
Rob Godfrey created QPID-7580:
---------------------------------
Summary: [Java Broker] Expose the type of message (AMQP 0-9-1/0-10/1-0/Non-AMQP) through REST/Management
Key: QPID-7580
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7580
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Java Broker
Reporter: Rob Godfrey
Assignee: Rob Godfrey
Fix For: qpid-java-6.2
Currently when viewing message info it is impossible to tell what "type" of message it is - i.e. the underlying representation that is stored in the broker (AMQP 0-9-1, AMQP 0-10, AMQP 1.0 or "internal").
We should add this information to MessageInfo(Impl) and the HTML management console.
