Is there a user level Apache list?
Is there an Apache list geared more toward the end user? I have a small
hobby web hosting business and would like to post some questions, but this
list doesn't appear to cater to those types of questions.

There are also a couple (apache-server and apache-user, I think)

I would recommend the HWG-Servers mailing list. It's part of the HTML
Writers Guild (www.hwg.org).

The best place is probably the comp.infosystems.www.servers.unix newsgroup.
