- Decommission requests should provide request operation level info for MM support. Also please take into account that decommission request automatically puts components into MM. That's why recommission requests always should have HostComponent operation level to be executed
- Adding new host operation should issue "update host components" requests with Service operation level. Otherwise, if service is in MM state and stopped, host components on newly added host remain in INIT state.
