new version of the postgresql jdbc driver

Hello Maxim,

there is a new version of the postgresql jdbc driver:
http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html

Maybe you can add the new jar file to the OM package sometimes?

I have updated Version 9.3-1100 to Version 9.3-1101
