new committer: Zach Sherman

Hey Druids,

The Druid PMC has invited Zach Sherman (@zachjsh on GitHub)
to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that Zach has accepted.

Zach has made significant contributions to the deep storage extensions,
the Azure extension in particular, and has improved our LDAP support with
integration tests and better documentation.

Congratulations Zach!
