github repo for maven-plugin-testing not up-to-date

The github repo for maven-plugin-testing [1] seems to be a mirror of the
wrong git repo at Apache for the maven-plugin-testing. It's currently
mirroring [2] but it should be mirroring [3].
How do we change that?
