Early 0.92 / 0.94 compatibility testings

Hey devs,

I started playing with 0.94 today and right now it seems that:

 - Replication 0.94 -> 0.92 works
 - The 0.92 shell can talk to 0.94

That's pretty good, and if it stays like that until 0.94.0 is released
then it will make everyone's life easier.
