[jira] [Commented] (TINKERPOP-841) Build MapReduceGraphComputer

Florian Hockmann commented on TINKERPOP-841:
--------------------------------------------

Shouldn't we then also remove the reference to it from the documentation? The [documentation currently states|http://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/current/reference/#_olap_hadoop_gremlin]:
{quote}
MapReduceGraphComputer: Leverages Hadoop’s MapReduce engine to execute TinkerPop3 OLAP computations. (coming soon)

> Currently Hadoop-Gremlin does not have a default {{GraphComputer}} because {{SparkGraphComputer}} and {{GiraphGraphComputer}} are in their own modules. It would be a nice full circle to have {{MapReduceGraphComputer}} be implemented for {{HadoopGraph}} that uses the basic MapReduce infrastructure of Hadoop. This would in effect, be Faunus and would be the default {{graph.traversal(computer())}}.
