   How to achieve exclude (not in ) filter using filter box ?
   Can exclude filter be achieve using preselect filters query parameter in dashboard url ?
   
   How to negate this filter ?
   ```
   /superset/dashboard/10/?preselect_filters={"171":{"dim1":["val_A"]}}
   ```
