v2.9.0-incubating-7 almost ready for a new release candidate

Hi all,

seems as if there are only two more tiny issues with the current trunk which need to be taken care of before creating the third RC:

* JSPWIKI-731 ( http://www.jspwiki.org/ reference in 6 files ), see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-731
* Completing localization for all languages but nl, br_PT and de ("security.user.fullname.invalid = Invalid Username" has been added)
