Re: [I] Support multiple ordering fields via payload class config [hudi]

This appears to be addressed on master.
- Multiple ordering fields are supported via [HUDI-9569 #13526](https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/13526) (commit `674acc5f`), which threads multi-field ordering through the payload classes (`DefaultHoodieRecordPayload`, `EventTimeAvroPayload`, `PartialUpdateAvroPayload`, `AWSDmsAvroPayload`), reader contexts, and `HoodieTableConfig.ORDERING_FIELDS`.
- `HoodieStreamer` now exposes `--source-ordering-fields` (comma-separated) as the canonical flag, with `--source-ordering-field` retained as a deprecated alias (see `HoodieStreamer.java` lines 278-280). The value is stored in `HoodieTableConfig.ORDERING_FIELDS`, so ordering is a table-level concern decoupled from any specific payload class.
Closing as fixed — please reopen if there is a remaining gap (e.g. a specific payload class or engine path still missing multi-field ordering).
