                precisionDecimal_minScale_maxScale_explicitTimezone_dateTimeStamp_source.zip

Attaching all the updated source code and patch, which contain new data types, dateTimeStamp, precisionDecimal and new facets, explicitTimezone, minScale and maxScale. These are the replacements of the previous attachments.
