[jira] [Created] (SMX4NMR-272) Unable to install JBI components on
NMR assembly - XBean classes not available
Unable to install JBI components on NMR assembly - XBean classes not available
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: SMX4NMR-272
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4NMR-272
Project: ServiceMix NMR
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 1.4.0
Reporter: Gert Vanthienen
Assignee: Gert Vanthienen
Fix For: 1.5.0
When trying to install our standard JBI components on a plain NMR assembly, you run into CNFE for XBean classes. The NMR assembly installs servicemix-common as part of the JBI installation, but it does not include the xbean jars in the features descriptor. Because those imports are optional, just adding the missing jars is not enough because it also requires the bundle to get refreshed to wire the optional bits.
Can be fixed by adding XBean JARs to the JBI feature descriptor
